Terms of Trade(ToT)

By Using this website and placing an order at www.easywebmart.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of  Trade together with the applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Trade at any time in which case we try our best to notify our customers. Please check the Terms of Use each time you visit this web site for the most current information.

Risk

Easyweb Mart will only deliver goods to a verified shipping address as detailed at time of order. From the time of dispatching the goods, any loss or damage to the goods owing to wrong address shall be your responsibility. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods delivered must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time when they are delivered.

Description of Goods

Easyweb Mart displays myriad products, however, it is not possible to try publishing all detailed descriptions and technical specifications for all our products however we try our best to describe all the details of particular products. Product images seen on the website may slightly not be the same color as the product, this is attributed to so many factors including camera imperfection and lighting conditions at the time of capturing the image, although we shall always try to ensure similarity between product and website image, we request you bear with us if the color is not exactly as shown on the website.

Damaged Products Exchange / Return/ Refund policy

The following is our refund policy. Please read carefully and understand it.

You may NOT ask for refund if:

If your purchased item arrive damaged, you are required to email us immediately with details of the damage. You need to retain the envelope and any packaging in order to make a valid claim to the courier for damaging of goods in transit. Without all packaging material, you may not be entitled to a damaged goods exchange. Easyweb Mart can take no responsibility for loss or damage to goods upon delivery by the courier. You should therefore ensure that all packaging is intact and undamaged before signing the delivery note.

You may ask for refund (within two weeks from delivery time) less shipping cost, if:

• The stated functionality of a component do not work and all our tries to fix it failed.

• If the product is damage at time of delivery, in which case you must inform us immediately. The damaged product in its original packaging and delivery invoice should be returned for investigation and processing of redemption or refund.

If the fault is a result of production we will be happy to have the item returned. You must provide details stating fault on the items to be returned. All refunds will be made directly to the payee, however, We do not refund postage charges.

All items are available until stock lasts. It is rather impossible to update all the products availability and on time  and therefore products may deplenish without our notice in which case prior notice may not be posted on out-of-stock products. We reserve the rights to remove and add products, change product price, delivery charge as well as terms and conditions anytime without prior notice.

Incorrect Goods

Although this never happens, in case incorrect product is delivered to you, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for exchange of product prior to your returning them. In this case we shall handle any shipping costs involved  in exchanging the products. Incorrect goods must be reported within three(3) days from the date of receipt. Incorrect Goods does not include cases where the delivered product is as described, was actually purchased and meets the advertised description but it is not what the customer wanted (incorrect purchase).

Not required Goods & Incorrect Purchases

If you decide that you do not require your product or purchased the wrong item, please feel free to contact us if the item is still in new condition (unopened and unscratched). Returns of this nature are purely at our discretion. Returns will be charged a restocking fee of 50% of the cost of the item and the cost of sending refund payments, all which will be deducted from your refund payment. If the item is returned opened, damaged, or faulty, we may not be able to arrange a refund. Un-required goods must be reported within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order prior to goods being dispatched, you will receive a full refund for such an order less  bank transfer charges, If the goods have been dispatched but not yet delivered then you will be refunded in full less any shipping costs incurred upon safe return. You can cancel the order within two weeks after we have received it, or we consider it a done deal.  You can return new, unopened items from a canceled order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

Shipping

All shipping methods and cost depend on the weight of order and its destination destination, however for your convenience we made the shipping standard based on the price of your order and even made your shopping better with free shipping for all orders above a certain amount as shown clearly on the home page.

• We will ship the item(s) within 2 business days after the payment is received ( You should  pay all bank charges at your home bank).

• We can only ship the item(s) to the address provided in the customer's shipping profile and there for, we advise you to double check the shipping address information.

• All items are shipped using International Registered couriers with Tracking Number.

• Normally, shipment may take 3-14 business days to your address, we do notify the customer by email at the time of dispatching the goods and an estimated date of delivery.

• If your fully paid order is not delivered within the stated time, please contact us  so that we can investigate the cause.

In some situations where the order is heavy and exceeds Kgs air-mail courier services can deliver or to expensive for delivery by air, we do opt for other methods like ship(over seas) or land, which may turn out to be slower (1-3 months) than flight delivery method. In such events, we let you know of our options and also give an estimated date of delivery for your confirmation.

All items are sent fully insured and require customer's signature(or representative at the given shipping address) upon delivery.
